11 months = down 87lbs, 5 dress sizes while gaining strength and muscle and developing a better understanding of what a healthy lifestyle and mindset consists of!

I always thought that in order to see immediate results with weight loss you had to go to unhealthy measures. At the end of August, about the same time I decided to listen to God and plan a trip to Africa I called upon my friend for help. I knew it was time to make a change especially with major traveling on the horizon. I wanted to be able to do anything necessary on the trip to reach people for Christ- and that means being healthy! Anyone who is overweight and has had to fly knows that it can be daunting emotionally. I shared my concerns about how the experience was so worrisome with Michelle and she immediately wanted to help.

I am so grateful for her support through personal training, meal planning, and so much more! It’s not every day that a girl gets to be trained by someone who is knowledgeable AND compassionate; professional AND fun! I am almost half way to my August goal and already surpassed my goal for December. I’m down four sizes and almost forty pounds but there is still much work to be done.

Thanks Michelle Krenzer at Infinite Strength for helping me redesign, rebuild, and reclaim my health through a lifestyle change that is truly sustainable long term! Thanks for making what seemed a lofty goal, seem suddenly very attainable. Michelle is my biggest cheerleader, and as someone who has had personal training before- there is no comparison. She will always push you in a positive way but creates a relationship built on honesty that is unique in this industry. All I can say is, if this is your time to do this then don’t wait- I already feel a major increase in energy, happiness, and overall wellness. Looking forward to the next chapter!

She listened closely to my specific physical history, and after the first ten sessions with her, Michelle has already guided me to huge improvements in my core strength and my flexibility. By alternating sessions of upper and lower body strength work I can feel a notable increase in strength.
